    A – You can arrange a listing appraisal online. I can meet the agents on your behalf and provide access to the property.

    A – Yes, through Market Ready Ltd, we work with many trusted agents across Auckland.

  • Q – Do you provide a quote for the work required?
    A – Yes. We prepare a full written quote or a written estimate depending on the situation.

  • Q – Do I need to arrange any subcontractors?
    A – No. I organise and project‑manage all trades required to prepare the property for the market.

    Q – What happens to personal items left in the property?
    A – Before work begins, we discuss what should be kept, removed, donated, or disposed of.

  • Q – Can you send things to us?

  • Q – Do I need to be there to sell household items?

  • Q – How do you handle sensitive family matters when there are multiple decision‑makers?
    A – I take personal responsibility for keeping everything running smoothly, with complete discretion and respect for privacy.

  • Q – How do you communicate with more than one family member?
    A – We find a shared WhatsApp group works best. Everyone can stay informed, ask questions, and see progress photos. We can also include the real estate agent, lawyers, or anyone else involved into this chat group if required.

  • Q – What happens at the end of the sale?
    A – We can complete a final clean so the property is ready for handover.

  • Q – will you do the lawns and gardens before open homes and for handover?
    A – Yes, we can arrange everything needed to make the property look its best before an open home and viewing if required. A final lawn and garden tidy can be completed a couple of days before settlement if needed.

  • Q – What if the new purchaser finds something during the final inspection?
    A – We stay with you from start to finish. If anything unexpected comes up, we’ll take care of it promptly.

  • Q – What level of preparation or staging do you recommend?
    A – It depends on your goals, budget, timeframe, and what the property has to offer. We create a tailored strategy that suits the situation.

  • Q – How do we pay for the work required to prepare the property for the market?
    A – We manage all payments to trades and suppliers. You only need pay Market Ready Ltd. A deposit is required upon booking, with stage payments during the process and the balance due on completion.

    A -With a strong foundation in property trading and a career in real estate behind me, I launched Market Ready in 2011. Since then, my team and I have prepared over 400 high‑end Auckland homes for the market.
